City Secretary
Provided Services
The City Secretary's Office provides for the retention of city records, including City Council minutes, ordinances, contract documents, and easements. The department is responsible for preparing and posting City Council agendas, as well as, all other city appointed boards and commissions.

The department is responsible for issuing various permits and licenses including:
  • Carnivals
  • Dog Tags
  • Peddler / Solicitor Permits

This department also conducts city elections, administers records management, and administers activities of the City Council.
